Nobody wants to claim the body of the bodybuilder who killed his wife before killing himself, with even his father saying he wanted nothing to do with giving him a proper burial.
Local media said that it is not known when and where Nermin Sulejmanovic will be buried if not even his own father wants to take the body, with the dad reportedly saying: “I’m not interested in that piece of sh*t”.
His victim Nizama Heqimovic, 38, was buried on Monday, 14th August at the cemetery next to the mosque in Mionica near Gradacac. After shooting her dead her husband also killed two other people.
He reportedly killed his wife in front of his own baby girl, who was left alive.
In contrast to the killer’s unclaimed body, cries of mourning rang out in front of Heqimovic’s family house all day as several thousand mourners gathered to say goodbye to the victim, according to reports.
Emergency crews were on duty outside the house to help intervene if anyone needed help.
The other victims, Turkish nationals named Denis and Genghis, were buried on Tuesday, 15th August, while Denis’s mother is still in hospital and in a serious and life-threatening condition.
Sulejmanovic killed them while live-streaming the horrific slayings on Instagram before turning the gun on himself on Friday.
The killings took place in the city of Gradacac in Bosnia and Herzegovina, where Nermin Sulejmanovic, 35, broadcast one of the murders live on Instagram.
He first allegedly killed his wife Nevzeta and then explained on the live stream that he also killed a father and a son, named Onder Cengiz and Denis Cengiz, who were accidentally in his way and that he hoped that he had killed a police officer, named as Husein Kotoric, too.
A man named Nedim Pamukovic was also reported wounded.
Sulejmanovic then confirmed that his child, a baby, was alive.
According to local media, Sulejmanovic was a member of a drug gang and had already several convictions for acts of violence, fights, and his involvement in drug trafficking.
