This is the shocking moment a woman beats a dog to death with a rod and carries on striking it as it lies lifeless on the ground.

The disturbing footage was filmed in the Serbian town of Dimitrovgrad earlier this week before making its way online, local media reported.
It shows how the small pooch briefly barks at the woman before she immediately starts striking it with the long, heavy object in her cluttered backyard.
She can be heard yelling “where?” repeatedly at the helpless animal as she brings the rod down on its body again and again with force.
As farm animals move around in the background, the dog whimpers for a short while before falling silent and ceasing to move.
After the police were informed of the case, officers identified and tracked down the woman seen in the footage before arresting her on suspicion of animal abuse.
The woman, identified only as 53-year-old M.M. in reports, was questioned before being released on bail, local media reported.
No motive for the sickening attack was given.
The suspect is expected to be charged over the incident, the police department of Pirot District told local media.
